I've been getting manicures here for years and I'm usually very happy with the results. It's a family owned business and all of them work hard for long hours. Their prices are competitive and often more affordable than many other nail salons. They deserve a lot of credit for coming to this country, establishing a business and keeping it for as long as they have.

Best nail salon in State College. I have been going here for over 8 years. Trang and her family make me feel like family and go above and beyond. I have been to other nail salons in the area but B&B is by far my favorite place to go. I really like the spa pedicure with hot towels and paraffin wax. It's so relaxing and makes my feet so smooth! I had a great experience at B&B! I went on a Saturday morning. It was busy but I didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes. I got a dip manicure and the technician was very thorough. I will go back!
I went to B&B nails before my spring break trip and they were able to see me immediately. The gentleman was very kind and made sure that what he was doing was what I wanted on my nails. There was also a woman in there who was reassuring my choice of chrome nails. I really like how they came out! Unfortunately I would've liked a cuticle cleanup to really freshen up my nails. Otherwise they did a great job!
I've been going to B&B for about two years now. It's not a spa salon by any means, but they're quick and they get the job done. There's usually a wait unless you get there soon after they open. Trang is wonderful, but she's usually very busy. The older gentleman does the best manicures and the older lady is very sweet. I got the basic stuff pedicure, which involves quick cuticle removal, a hot towel, lotion/oil, and the paint job. To get a regular polish French tip pedi and acrylic French tip mani was $86. I went in around 2 p.m. and was done by 4 p.m.
